Public Liability - Scotland
Safety of the public is paramount and steps must be taken to ensure that injuries
are avoided. However, many people have been injured through no fault of their own
because of the negligence of others and Public Liability Claims are therefore on
the rise.
Claims arise from accidents in all manner of public places including supermarkets,
restaurants, shops or a council run facility. If you have suffered a personal injury
you may be eligible to claim compensation.
